藉由海底輪修練的工法,讓我們紮穩自己的生命,讓我們有足夠的意識能夠在當下,活出我們生命的豐盛。課程藉由一天深入的工作坊,讓我們體驗並覺察自己海底輪的狀態,進而清理掉海底輪的恐懼與不安,讓自己更能安住於當下。三堂鍛鍊課,訓練海底輪的不同面向,讓學習的效果持續且穩固。

海底輪,是我們出生之後第一個啟動的脈輪,也是我們經驗這個人類生命最重要的根基,它的需求是安全感。然而在我們還是一個小嬰孩的時候,我們透過周遭環境來學習,而海底輪的發展是非常無意識的狀態,不知不覺地,我們將父母親、周遭的人和環境中所有的一切都吸收進來,造成我們無意識與潛意識的基礎,而這些仍然默默地繼續影響著我們的生活。

當海底輪不平衡時,我們沒有安全感、恐懼、金錢與物質匱乏、沒有穩定的經濟狀況、存在領域界線模糊,過著沒有紀律的生活。
當你擁有一個健康的海底輪,你會體驗到生命的豐盛,安全、堅定、積極、冷靜(不反應),我不需要甚麼,沒有甚麼能夠威脅我,我有豐富的資源支持著我,你可以輕易接受在任何時間、任何地點做任何事,輕易地得到物質對象,錢和禮物,你感覺你有基礎,並沒有感受到漂流,無家可歸。
